ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟΥ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΕΞΕΤΑΣΕΙΣ COVID-19

ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ 25/05/2020: Το Πρόγραμμα Υπουργείου Υγείας επιχορήγησης 20.000 εξετάσεων COVID-19 Λιανικό Εμπόριο, Εργοτάξια και Οδοντίατροι έχει ολοκληρωθεί κα δεν μπορούμε να δεχτούμε άλλες αιτήσεις.

Πρόγραμμα Υπουργείου Υγείας επιχορήγηση 20.000 εξετάσεων COVID-19 Λιανικό Εμπόριο, Εργοτάξια και Οδοντίατροι.

Οι 20.000 εργαστηριακές εξετάσεις απευθύνονται στους εργαζόμενους των πιο κάτω επιχειρήσεων:

Εργαζόμενοι σε επιχειρήσεις λιανικού εμπορίου

Το Πρόγραμμα αφορά:

  • Eργαζόμενους του λιανικού εμπορίου, οι οποίοι απασχολούνται σε θέσεις που έχουν άμεση επαφή με την εξυπηρέτηση κοινού, όπως είναι οι πωλητές και οι ταμίες καταστημάτων ένδυσης, κλπ. Εξαιρούνται οι εργαζόμενοι σε επιχειρήσεις του λιανικού εμπορίου που αφορούν ποτά και τρόφιμα, όπως είναι για παράδειγμα, υπεραγορές, φούρνοι, περίπτερα, κλπ. Ωστόσο, σύμφωνα με το διάταγμα στο πρόγραμμα εμπίπτουν οι εργαζόμενοι σε επιχειρήσεις που προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες κατ’ οίκον παράδοσης, ταχείας εξυπηρέτησης από το παράθυρο και παραλαβής (take-away, drive-through, delivery), οι οποίοι έρχονται σε άμεση επαφή με κοινό.
  • Εργαζομένους σε χώρους εστίασης, οι οποίοι σύμφωνα με το διάταγμα παραμένουν ανοιχτοί ή και που θα επαναλειτουργήσουν και εφόσον έρχονται σε επαφή με το κοινό.
  • Αυτοεργοδοτούμενους χωρίς εγγεγραμένη εταιρεία, με την προϋπόθεση ότι έρχονται σε επαφή με άλλους εργαζόμενους ή και με το κοινό.
  • Εργαζόμενους σε υπηρεσίες διανομής και παραλαβής δέματων, έγγραφων, αγαθών, κλπ, εφόσον έρχονται σε επαφή με το κοινό.
  • Εργαζομένους σε πρατήρια βενζίνης, με την προϋπόθεση ότι έρχονται σε άμεση επαφή με κοινό
  • Υπαλλήλους συνεργείων καθαρισμού, οι οποίοι έρχονται σε επαφή με πελάτες.

Eξαιρούνται οι εργαζόμενοι σε επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες σύμφωνα με το διάταγμα παραμένουν κλειστές

Ανάλογα με τον αριθμό των ατόμων που εργοδοτούν, μπορούν να εξεταστούν ως εξής:

  • Σε επιχειρήσεις μέχρι 3 υπαλλήλους, θα εξετάζεται 1 άτομο ανά υποστατικό,
  • Σε επιχειρήσεις μέχρι 10 υπαλλήλους, θα εξετάζονται 3 άτομα ανά υποστατικό,
  • Σε επιχειρήσεις με πέραν των 10 και λιγότερους από 30 υπαλλήλους, θα εξετάζονται 6 άτομα ανά υποστατικό, και
  • Σε επιχειρήσεις με περισσότερα από 30 άτομα, θα εξετάζονται 10 άτομα ανά υποστατικό.

Η διευθέτηση των ραντεβού θα γίνεται κατόπιν αιτήματος των επιχειρήσεων και όχι κατόπιν προσωπικού ραντεβού.
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η εταιρεία σας πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις για την εξέταση COVID-19 που είναι επιχορηγημένες από την κυβέρνηση πριν υποβάλετε αίτηση.

  1. Πατήστε στον σύνδεσμο και συμπληρώστε το έντυπο.
  2. Με την συμπλήρωση των πληροφοριών αυτόματα θα έχουν συμπληρωθεί το «Έντυπο αιτήματος δειγματοληψίας COVID-19» και το «Έντυπο Διερεύνησης/Δήλωσης Επιβεβαιωμένου Περιστατικού COVID-19» για τον κάθε εξεταζόμενο.
  3. Ακολούθως, όλοι οι υπό εξέταση εργαζόμενοι που αναγράφονται στο «Έντυπο αιτήματος δειγματοληψίας COVID-19» θα λάβουν μέσω SMS τις λεπτομέρειες για το ραντεβού τους.

Κάθε εργαζόμενος κατά το ραντεβού του, θα πρέπει να έχει απαραίτητα μαζί του,

  • το SMS με τις λεπτομέρειες του ραντεβού του,
  • την ταυτότητά του,
  • εκτυπωμένο το «Έντυπο αιτήματος δειγματοληψίας COVID-19»
  • εκτυπωμένο το «Έντυπο Διερεύνησης/Δήλωσης Επιβεβαιωμένου Περιστατικού COVID-19».

Χωρίς τα πιο πάνω δεν θα γίνεται δειγματοληψία.
Παρακαλούμε όπως προσέρχεστε στο σημείο δειγματοληψίας 5 λεπτά νωρίτερα από την ώρα του ραντεβού σας.

Εργαζόμενοι σε εργοτάξια

Tο Υπουργείου Εργασίας, Πρόνοιας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων έχει καθορίσει τον κατάλογο με εργοτάξια που θα περιληφθούν στο Πρόγραμμα, καθώς επίσης και τον αριθμό των εξεταζόμενων ανά εργοτάξιο. Η NIPD Genetics θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί με τον υπεύθυνο εργοταξίου για διευθέτηση δειγματοληψίας.
Ο έλεγχος στους εργαζόμενους σε εργοτάξια θα γίνει με δύο τρόπους, ως ακολούθως:

  • Με τη χρήση κινητών μονάδων στους χώρους των εργοταξίων.
  • Με ραντεβού στα δειγματοληπτικά κέντρα της NIPD Genetics.

UPDATE 25/05/2020: The Ministry of Health Program for 20,000 sponsored COVID-19 tests for Retail, Construction and Dentists has been completed and we cannot accept further applications.

The 20,000 laboratory tests are available to employees of the following companies:

Retail companies employees

Eligible for the Ministry of Health sponsored COVID-19 test are:

  • Employees of retail companies in positions that requires them to come in direct contact with the public, such as sellers and cashiers at clothing stores, etc. Employees of beverage and food retail companies are excluded (supermarkets, bakeries, kiosks, etc.). However, according to the decree, eligible for the program are employees of companies that offer take-away, drive-through and home delivery services and who have direct contact with the public.
  • Employees of companies that offer catering services, which according to the decree remain open or are to reopen, provided that they come in contact with the public.
  • Self-employed individuals without a registered company, provided that they come in contact with other employees or the public.
  • Employees of companies offering shipping and courier delivery services, provided they come in contact with the public.
  • Gas station employees, provided that they come in direct contact with the public.
  • Employees of companies offering cleaning services, provided that they come in contact with the public.

Excluded from the program are employees of companies which according to the decree remain closed.

Companies, depending on the number of people they employ, will be considered as follows:

All businesses are entitled to subsidized tests for people they employ in each and every one of their shops/outlet as follows:

  • For businesses with up to 3 employees, 1 person per shop/outlet can be examined,
  • For businesses with up to 10 employees, 3 people per shop/outlet can be examined.
  • For businesses with more than 10 and less than 30 employees, 6 people per shop/outlet can be examined, and
  • For businesses with more than 30 people, 10 people per shop/outlet can be examined.

Appointments will be arranged at the request of the companies and not by individual employees

Before applying, ensure that your company meets the requirements for the government-sponsored COVID-19 test

  1. Click this link and fill out the form.
  2. After entering the information, the "COVID-19 Sampling Request Form" and the "COVID-19 Confirmed Case Investigation/Declaration Form" for each examinee will be completed automatically.
  3. All employees who will be examined and who are listed on the COVID-19 Sampling Request Form, will then receive an SMS with details of their appointment.

Each employee must bring with them to the appointment:

  • The SMS with the details of the appointment
  • Their national identity card
  • A printed copy of "COVID-19 Sampling Request Form"
  • A printed copy of “Confirmed Case Study / Declaration Form COVID-19”.

We will not be able to accept any sample without the above documents.

Please come to the sample collection point 5 minutes before your appointment.

COVID-19 test for construction site workers


The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Affairs determined the list of construction sites which will be included in the Program, as well as the number of examinees per construction site. NIPD Genetics will contact the foreman of the construction site to make arrangements for sample collection.
The COVID-19 test will be provided to construction site workers in two ways:

  • By deployment of sample collection mobile units to construction sites.
  • By appointment at NIPD Genetics sample collection points.
