Personal information including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address may be collected only when you choose to submit it to us via e-mail in the 'Contact Us' section of our web site.  You can visit our web site without providing any personal information.  Note that NO personally identifiable information either from you or the recipient is kept when our 'Share' form is used to provide a link to a page from our web site via e-mail.

Information is also automatically collected about you when you visit our web site or e-mail us.  This information may include, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses/web server logs, browser type, date and time of your request, cookies and single-pixel tags.

As stated previously, there is an option to send a link to a friend or colleague from a web page on our site via e-mail.  Personal information including names and e-mail addresses entered in this form is only used by NIPD Genetics to provide the link and is NOT collected or used for additional purposes by NIPD Genetics.

This web site is intended for adults and should not be used by any one under their national age of majority.  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors.

On occasion, NIPD Genetics will update, revise or edit this Online Privacy Policy.  Any changes to this policy as well as when the change was made, will be communicated on this page.  The continued use of the NIPD Genetics web site by you indicates your consent in regards with our amended Privacy Policy.  The effective date of this Online Privacy Policy is September 28, 2011.
